AT&T Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Service Representative:
- Communicate directly with customers on a daily basis
- Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers
- Ensure sales are completed according to compliance standards
- Keep records of all customer interactions and completed sales
- Attend daily Sales & Marketing campaign meetings to set AT&T Customer Service Representative goals
- Assist in maintaining a positive and uplifting company culture
Requirements of the AT&T Customer Service Representative:
- High school diploma or GED required
- A bachelor's degree or higher education certificate is highly preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, marketing, or other customer service-related fields
- A desire to learn something new and take on a challenge
- Being self-driven is a huge plus
- Proficient communication skills are a must
- Able to work with both customers and AT&T Customer Service Representatives

This is an on-site position in Corona, California. To qualify for the position, you must be able to relocate within the next two weeks post-application and interview.
