Our company is a full-service consulting and marketing firm. We formulate proven success in customer service, sales, and marketing campaigns. We are seeking to hire a Customer Support Trainee who will continue to elevate our client's brand awareness, generate consumer loyalty, and provide our clients with the confidence that their promotional goals are being met. Ultimately our goal is to drive business forward and create new tactics.
 

Customer Support Trainee Responsibilities:

  • Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
  • Market sales for client programs, products, and services
  • Processes accurate and efficient sale and return transactions
  • Understands and utilizes basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers
  • Creates an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a neat and clean store
  • Adheres to all company policies procedures and Customer Service Representative standards
  • Able to multitask on assorted merchandising and sales responsibilities
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Customer Support Trainee Qualifications:

  • Able to engage and speak to customers
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
  • Preferred skills and experience:
  • Customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Cashier experience
  • Reporting to this Person: No direct reports
